Integrity Program is proud to provide a safe, friendly environment where young adults can gain business experience and earn money while having fun and traveling the country. All of our independent contractors are enrolled in contests. Every independent contractor that earns 20,000 points receives a $1,000 cash award. This award is non-competitive and can be won numerous times. The competitive contest is done three times per year. In this contest, the winner receives a trip to the location of their choice. In addition, cash awards are provided to the top three contestants every month during the contest. These contests and awards are in place to help motivate the contestants and to provide them with rewards for all of their hard work.

Cash award is noncompetitive. Each participant with proper amount of points receives cash award in accordance with company policy and in addition to regular compensation. This company does not sponsor any scholarships, tuition fees, or participate in any educational programs in affilliation with any school or institution.
